How long until my order arrives?

Pre-designed items typically print and ship in 2–7 business days. Custom Studio pieces (Tarot, Zodiac, portraits) take a little longer as each is made to order. You'll see an estimated window at checkout and a tracking link for every package.

Why did my order arrive in separate packages?

To bring you the highest-quality bespoke items and wellness essentials, we partner with specialized artisans and global warehouses. If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days — don't worry, tracking is provided for every package.

Can I return a custom item?

Personalized and made-to-order items can't be returned or refunded (they're made just for you). For apparel, we happily exchange unworn items for sizing, and we'll always make it right on a genuine print defect.

How does the Custom Studio work?

Upload your pet's photo, choose your style and options, and see it render live on the product before you check out. That live preview is your proof.

What photo should I upload?

A clear, well-lit, high-resolution photo of your pet facing the camera works best. Avoid blurry or dark images — print quality depends on it.
