Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

What it costs. A flat $7 on every order, and free shipping on orders over $65. There is no express option.

How long it takes. Made-to-order and personalized pieces are printed and dispatched in 2–7 business days. Items from our Wellness Edit ship from a US warehouse in 2–5 business days. Transit time is additional and depends on your address.

Separate packages. Orders containing both made-to-order pieces and Wellness Edit items are produced in different facilities and will arrive in separate packages, often on different days. You are only charged shipping once.

Tracking. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as each package is dispatched.

Returns. We accept returns within 14 days. Personalized and custom-made pieces cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect — see our Refund Policy.

Wrong or damaged? Email support@aspenpaws.com with your order number and a photo and we’ll put it right.
