Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over $65. Most pre-designed items ship in 2–7 business days; Custom Studio pieces are made to order and may take a little longer. Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days — every package gets its own tracking.

Returns & Exchanges

Personalized / made-to-order items: these are created specifically for you and are not eligible for return or refund.

Apparel: we accept size exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.

Defects: if an item arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint or refund it — no fuss.
