By ordering you agree that pricing and availability may change, shipping-time estimates are not guarantees, and personalized/made-to-order items are non-returnable except for defects.

Your photo uploads: by uploading an image you confirm you own it or have full permission from its owner, and you grant us a license to reproduce it on your ordered product. You also grant us a non-exclusive license to feature the finished artwork in our marketing — you may opt out anytime by emailing support@aspenpaws.com. You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or inappropriate content, and we may refuse or cancel any such order.

Our intellectual property: all Aspen Paws designs, illustrations, and site content remain our intellectual property.
